Try some of that Urine Gone from TV. Also at Walmart they used to (still might) carry this product called Nursery Stain/Odor Remover (or something like that) in the baby department. It’s a white bottle with pink writing on it. References :

I agree with "new england", take it to a professional, but if not, try Nature’s Miracle, can get it at Petsmart or similar pet supply stores, it’s great stuff! References :

Spot Shot might work, but I’d read the bottle very close before I put it on an expensive rug.
