    Try spray and wash on a spot, saturate, let sit a while and use a hot wet cloth to rub and then use a dry towel and step on it time and again until no more moisture appears. It works for me.

    Oxy-clean! That stuff is awsome! I use it in a steam cleaner, both the home kind and the kind you rent. Another idea is Borax, that will help with the smell.

    I have installed a lot of carpet and what I have found to be the best is a product called TECH…….
    we sell it in the business,and I don’t know how they get it,but I would try tech.com and see what happens………
