Ah thank u expert village. I recently had this really hairy Persian guy move into my condo, and on top of that, the guy is a worthless slob. He also watches gay loudly, and i find it very hard to sleep at night thinking a hairy homosexual Persian man is sleeping in my home. maybe this video will help him clean up his act

hehe totally agree bout using too much chemical stuff. u should watch how clean is ur house’ they use stuff like vinegar, lemon, soap, bicarb of soda, all stuf that is either edible or used on our bodies. and then just uses bleach for when absolutely needed and a good dose of elbow grease.

this woman seems to know how to clean (even though I don’t agree with any of her cleaning products) but i think she needs to take up decluttering. look in the background of the video…not very tidy!!

  9. xiala1980 Says:

    I can’t find those …
I can’t find those gloves anywhere. I also haven’t seen the Dawn with Oil of Olay. I’m a big fan of Oil of Olay so I would love to try that!

  10. xiala1980 Says:

    I can’t take the …
I can’t take the chance of getting it up my gloves because I break out in a painful itchy rash that quickly spreads and welts as soon as it touches my skin. I can’t understand why Dawn does this and other detergents don’t.

    Do you have stains …
Do you have stains or trouble spots on your carpets or rugs? Try baby shampoo! I’m not kidding. It works wonders.

    Not all stores have …
Not all stores have the Windex Lime action spray.I had to go to 3 grocery stores before I found it.

  13. xiala1980 Says:

    Exactly. That’s …
Exactly. That’s what I’m afraid of and that’s why I don’t use a whole lot of chemicals. She needs to be aware also that you cannot use bleach and Windex together in the same area because most Windex contains ammonia. Bleach and ammonia is a potentially lethal mix.

  14. HattieLovesCattie Says:

    The soap I’m using …
The soap I’m using now is Ajax Lime liquid.I always use gloves when washing dishes as I have dry skin and use real hot water when rinsing. You could use Dawn if you wore rubber gloves.

  15. xiala1980 Says:

    Yeah but it’s not …
Yeah but it’s not so good for your lungs and it’s especially bad if you have children or pets running about. If you’re going to be using a lot of bleach, be sure to vent the area you’re working it. It can be very damaging to the lungs.

  16. xiala1980 Says:

    I have not tried …
I have not tried that. In fact, I didn’t know it existed. I’ll have to pick some up.

I also love apple scented dishwashing liquids because the aroma gives me a sense of elation. I really like Dawn dish liquid but, unfortunately, I’m allergic to it, so I use Palmolive products.

  17. xiala1980 Says:

    The thing with …
The thing with bleach is that many people use far too much. Bleach is very powerful, as you stated, so you should only be using one cap full to every gallon of water. Although I have to say that I’m personally not a fan of bleach.

I also like to use all natural products. I use a lot of lemon juice and baking soda. The only chemicals I really use are Windex (because I hate the smell of vinegar) and The Works toilet bowl clean because it smells good and does a seriously good job.

  18. HattieLovesCattie Says:

  20. xiala1980 Says:

    I like good ole Windex.

I use to work at …
I use to work at Merry Maids and I can tell you that a duster like that, yes it traps some of the dust, but you’re in trouble with a lot. I suggest using a damp rag that way you don’t throw all of the dust back in the air and it can be washed when you are done instead of having to go out to buy more.
Mopping no good unless you’re doing it on hand and knees, you can pick up all of the pebbles instead of pushing them all over your floor and the spic n span leaves a residue hard to clean after.
