If it is the grout that is discolored, and it has been that way for a long time, it is almost impossible to get it "clean", as the stains are set in to much.

You can actually get grout paint, and you paint over the grout, and it will look like new. You can get it at any home depot, lowe's, etc.

The line between the tub and the tile is probably caulking, and you can fix that by removing the caulking, and re-applying new shower/tub caulking to it.

Was it a different color before you had the tile installed. The grout (the stuff between the tiles) may be naturally that color. WHat color is it right now? If it's black/green, it could be an indication of mild behind the tiles. . .

Go with tilex mold and mildew remover. Spary it on and let it set there for at least five minutes. Then use a decent scrub brush of some kind, even a toothbrush would work, on the joint and it should come clean. If tilex does not work, try C.L.R. with the same process.

Just use bleach and a scrubber....it will do the trick!
