Once you get it broken up, go buy yourself a few packages of beef jerky (like Jack Links). After you eat (or give away) the jerky, put the little packets you find in the jerky (the ones that say Do Not Eat) in the bucket. Those things are designed to absorb moisture. I haven't tried this though, so you might want to check out the product's website or call their 1-800 number to make sure some strange chemical reaction won't happen. If those things are activated charcoal it shouldn't be an issue, not so sure about painters desiccant.

I’d use a hammer and other manly tools to break it up. However, if it has solidified, that means that moisture has reacted with the powder, releasing its oxygen, which means it is is likely that the product will not work now.

But you can try. Break it up, then add the amount you need in a small amount of hot water to make sure it is completely dissolved. Add this solution to whatever you’ve got going on (a mop bucket or the washing machine).

If it is ‘rock’ solid then you can’t. if you do break i up… it will not work

A hammer lol if you can get it out in pieces you could put it in a zip top bag and smash it with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer. It works for grham crackers for pie crust so why not...good luck
