Try vinegar in a spray bottle. You can use some baking soda to scrub at the stains and then squirt it with vinegar (it will fizz up). I personally like to use bleach and water in the bathroom. My favorite store bought cleaner is Fantastik. It does a good job getting things to shine. You can use it on the tub, sink, toilet, faucet, etc. It’s fairly inexpensive, but homemade is always cheapest.

Some cheap shampoo mixed with baking soda.. Works really well at removing soap scum/mildew and isn’t harmful….
I have a bottle of cheap shampoo I didn’t like and use it to clean the tub/tile surround and I swish it around in the toilet!
baking soda is cheap and a good abrasive, natural cleaner…
